Subscription Policy
1. How Your Subscription Works
When you start a subscription, you authorize Orivita to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis, at the price and delivery frequency you selected at checkout, until you cancel. Your subscription renews and ships automatically each billing cycle. You can view your current price, products, quantity, and delivery schedule at any time in your account.
2. Billing
Your first charge is made when you place your order. Each renewal is charged on your scheduled billing date for that cycle, at your subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge over several days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date, and there is no cancellation fee. You may cancel through your account or by emailing us at info@orivita.co.
Please note that cancellations requested by email are not processed instantly. Your cancellation will take effect once our support team has processed your request, and there may be a short response delay. To avoid being charged for your next renewal, we strongly recommend cancelling through your account as early as possible before your next billing date. Email requests received shortly before a billing date may not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming renewal charge. Once a renewal order has been processed, please refer to the refund and return terms below.
4. Pausing, Skipping, and Changing Your Subscription
Before your next billing date, you can pause, skip, reschedule, or modify the products and quantities included in your subscription at any time through your account.
5. Refunds and Returns on Renewal Orders
Because subscription renewals are billed and fulfilled automatically, refund eligibility depends on the status of your order.
- If your renewal order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting info@orivita.co.
- If your renewal order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to wait until it arrives and then return it in accordance with our Refund Policy to be eligible for a refund.

6. Price Changes
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in advance, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect on your next billing date.
